Typically, people read white papers because they are trying to solve a particular problem. Provide solutions to the problems your clients and prospects are facing and your white paper becomes a powerful marketing tool. White papers are also invaluable when it comes to driving traffic to your web site and establishing your expertise on a subject. They can be used as teasers in ads, news stories, mailings, web postings, presentations and more; provided to prospects to reinforce the wisdom of your investment approach; posted on industry resource boards, and distributed by sales reps and even your own clients. When it comes to white papers, our services include:

White papers are persuasive essays about a certain product, service, technology or methodology. They are designed to sell by appealing to logic through clear explanations, facts, examples and quotes from industry opinion-makers. A white paper needs to look professional, but not flashy. To be effective, it cannot be a re-formatted brochure but rather a factual presentation that answers the reader's questions in a dignified, educational and useful manner. White papers are used BEFORE a sale. They should be at least 5-6 pages in length, in portrait format, consisting primarily of narrative text with supporting charts and graphs. The introduction or executive summary sets forth the main conclusion and why the reader should continue.

Pre-written white papers on investing topics are available through the Active Managers Resource Center that can be customized with the client company's logo and contact information. At this point, our white papers have not been FINRA reviewed, but are written to comply with advertising guidelines and requirements.
